General Policies

- Payment by Visa, MasterCard,
Discover and American Express are accepted.
- If you purchase an item and cancel
it before it is shipped, a flat fee of $65 per item will be charged to
cover our preparation expenses.
- There is no fee associated with
the gown notifier form. If a gown
is purchased through the gown notifier, all Internet Policies apply.
- The Gown Locator requires a
$50.00 locator fee. This fee is
refundable ONLY if we cannot locate
the sample that you are looking for at a price that is at least 40% off
the suggested retail price in the size(s) you requested in 10 business
days. Gowns found using our Gown
locator service are returnable – Simply follow the Gown Return policy
below.
Shipping
Policy (for bridepower
ordering only)
Most gowns will ship within 3-5 weeks of your order maybe even sooner. All
merchandise is shipped USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation; so
someone will need to sign for your gown when it arrives.
Additional
shipping charges will be assessed for international shipping. All shipping and
insurance costs are your responsibility.
Multiple Gown Orders
If you would like to purchase more than one gown at a time from bridepower.com, shipping is $30.00 per gown. We
can only accept a maximum of 2 gowns back for a refund. Please send an email to
april@bridepower.com with any
questions.
International Orders
For all international orders, shipping is $55.00 per gown. This will cover the
shipping and insurance costs. For security purposes, we may ask for additional
security information before we can process your order.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please note: It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the
goods on all packages destined outside the European Union, and shipments may be
subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches
your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you;
unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what
they may be. In the event of returning goods on which duty has been paid, if
you have paid import duty for goods received, and subsequently return the goods
to us, it should be possible for you to claim a refund of duties from your
local Customs authority. To do this, you will need to show them proof of duty
paid and proof of export (e.g. certificate of posting) when claiming your
refund.

on duties payable/refundable, please contact your local Customs authority.
Gown Return Policy (for bridepower purchases only)
You as the bride incur all shipping and insurance costs to and from bridepower (usually somewhere between $30-$75 in
total) so be sure that you are confident about your purchase. These costs are
non-recoverable. Use our inquiry feature in the catalog section to find out
important information about your selection.
If you cancel an order before it is
shipped, a flat fee of $65 per item will be charged to cover our preparation
expenses (with the exception of gown locator purchases).
Note about Gowns purchased using
our Gown Locator Service: The Gown
Locator requires a $50.00 locator fee.
This fee is refundable ONLY if we fail to locate the sample that you are
looking for at a price that is at least 40% off the suggested retail price* and
with the specifications you requested, within 10 business days. Gowns found using our Gown locator service
are returnable - Simply follow the Internet Return policy below.
If you need to return an item after
your receive it, you may return it for a full refund of the gown cost if the
following four conditions are met:
- You request a Return
Authorization Number from us via email or telephone within 3 days of
receiving your item. Please write your RA# on the top of the box.
- You ship it back to us to
arrive within 5 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number. This
may require express shipping methods.
- You insure the merchandise
for the purchase price.
- The returned merchandise is
in its original condition.
You will receive the return policy in writing with your
order.
Your credit card will be credited within 72 hours of receiving the returned
merchandise.
Errors and Omissions Policy
We reserve the right to change prices, terms, specifications and warranties
without notice. We endeavor to accurately describe every product offered for
sale; however, mistakes can sometimes be made. Any typographical, photographic,
or specification error in product description, pricing or offers is subject to
correction and verification.
* Please note that the retail price will vary from store to
store but a true Suggested Retail price can always be obtained.
