In-Store Policies
The following policies apply to deposits/purchases placed in-store ONLY.
Purchasing and Layaways
- 20% deposit at time of purchase. For all gowns under $1,000.00 a minimum deposit
of $200.00 is required.
- Remaining balance due within 30 days from deposit date
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX
Returns and Store Credits - Requires Return Authorization Number
- All deposits are non-refundable. If you decide against a gown you MUST notify
VOWS within 5 days from the date of purchase to receive a Store Credit. If
you fail to notify us within 5 days, your deposit is forfeited.
- Within 5 days - Store credit is issued
- A store credit is ONLY VALID with a return authorization number. Store Credits
must be used at one time.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted after an item has left the premises.
Cleaning
Cleaning, if required, is always guaranteed or your money back
