Q: Are accessories returnable?
A: No, unfortunately at this time we cannot offer returns on accessories unless the item is the wrong item or is defective. If an item is the incorrect item or is defective, bridepower.com will bear all associated costs to get you the correct item.
Q: How long does shipping take for accessories?
A: Accessories are custom ordered for you and take between 2-4 weeks to arrive within the US. Call for International shipping times.
Q: When will I receive my items?
A: Most items will arrive within 3-7 days.
Q: Do you offer a rush ship on any of the items?
A: Rush deliveries may be available. Please call to check availability.
Q: What is the shipping cost for accessory items?
A: Shipping is $5.99 within the U.S. International shipping is $25.
Q: Can any specifications be made to the accessories?
A: All colors and finishes available are listed for each item.
Q: Are there different color options for all items?
A: If available, color options are listed in the color chart. If there is not a
color chart listed then the item is only available in the color shown.
Q: Can I use my VOWS store credit towards the purchase of an accessory item?
A: YES! A VOWS store credit may be applied to the purchase of any accessory items
we offer. Please contact VOWS at 1-866-THE-GOWN or Allisonr@bridepower.com
to place an order with a store credit.
