Shipping and returns
Q: Are accessories returnable?
A:
Yes, we want to make sure you are happy. If you are unhappy with an item
you may return it for a full refund. Please contact us within 3 days of arrival
for a return authorization. There will be a 15% restocking fee with veil orders.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Requirements:
- Notify us within 3 days of receiving item.
- All items must be unused and in saleable condition.

Q: How long does shipping take for accessories?
A: Accessories are custom ordered for you and take between 2-4 weeks to arrive within the US. Call for International shipping times.
Q : If I purchase a set can I return one item and keep the other?
A: No. Sets must be retuned as a whole.
Q: When will I receive my items?
A: Most items will arrive within 3-7 days.
Q: Do you offer a rush ship on any of the items?
A: Rush deliveries may be available. Please call to check availability.
Q: What is the shipping cost for accessory items?
A: Shipping is $5.99 within the U.S. International shipping is $25.

Q: Can any specifications be made to the accessories?
A: All colors and finishes available are listed for each item.
Q: Are there different color options for all items?
A: If available, color options are listed in the color chart. If there is not a
color chart listed then the item is only available in the color shown.

Q: Can I use my VOWS store credit towards the purchase of an accessory item?
A: YES! A VOWS store credit may be applied to the purchase of any accessory items
we offer. Please contact VOWS at 1-866-THE-GOWN or

to place an order with a store credit.

Q: May I use the gift card I purchased on powerbrides towards the purchase of an
accessory?
A: Yes, you may use 1 gift card per order. Unfortunately you can not combine gift
cards.
Q: Are the items online available at the VOWS bridal showroom?
A: Only items in the INSTORE@VOWSBRIDAL category on our website are available at
the VOWS bridal showroom. This is subject to change. All other items are available
online only.
Q: Can I pick up my order at the VOWS bridal showroom?
A: Yes, there is still a $5.99 shipping charge to have your item(s) shipped to VOWS
bridal
